Joe Merlina was born and raised in Murrysville and now lives in Wexford. He knows the Pittsburgh area, new construction, and the home-building process.

He spent 10 years in construction, so he can walk a buyer through what to look for in a home. Outside of real estate, he golfs and referees youth hockey. He guides clients with honest communication from the first conversation through closing.
